This journey began 37 years ago for our founder and president Jason Waugh....learning at his father side like his father did before him, he became the skilled professional he is today. That skill turned into a family business for 3 generation's going on the 4th, that has turned into a community of satisfied customers.
Our Story
Our journey began 81yrs ago when my grandfather came home from WWII. He started, operated and sold many businesses, one being the restaurant equipment business named R.M. Warren Company Inc. and Richmond Carbonic Dry Gas Company. He built out Richmond's Pharmacy front counters with mixed monitor soda systems. He supplied Richmond restaurants, chains like Bill's Barbecue and Kelly's (Mc Donald's main competitor in Richmond in the 50', 60' and 70') with service, equipment and ice machines. They gave customers quality service, these were depression era men that fixed everything and threw nothing away, today the industry is filled with parts changers.
My father grew up in this environment learning the trade from the old timer's the right way, how to troubleshoot and repair equipment. In the 80's he branched out into leasing ice machines (the problem child of every restaurant). He built that business into hundreds of leasing customers from restaurants, landscaping companies, office buildings, and commercial businesses. Integrity, loyalty and craftsmanship is what he prided his business on and that is what I have carried on to today.
In a throwaway world true mechanics are hard to find. I bring the integrity, loyalty and craftsmanship that has been passed down for 81 yrs to each and every customer we have and am teaching the same work ethic to the generation that will take over next. Join us on this journey!
